About the Enrolment Process
Belgrave Heights Christian School has an open enrolment policy. This means anyone is welcome to apply to and attend the school. However, as we are a smaller sized school, successful enrolment depends on the places available at the time. The main intake years for new students are Kinder, Prep and Year 7. Vacancies are offered at other year levels according to availability.
Along with reviewing the School Prospectus, parents wishing to enrol their children may contact the School to join one of the upcoming school tours. During this time, families are encouraged to assess how the school’s values and philosophies align with their own.
Families are welcome to complete an enrolment form and return it to the School with the appropriate application fee and documentation. A letter and receipt will be forwarded to you and your child will be placed on our waiting list.
Prior to positions being offered families will be invited to attend an interview with staff. Please note that this does not guarantee a position at the School. The meeting is to familiarise our staff with your children’s needs and to provide information about our programs.
If a place is available, a letter of offer will then be forwarded to you along with the appropriate enrolment documentation.
