Step 1: Submit a recipe
rWhen using the Food ordering form, you can either use an existing recipe or ADD a new recipe. You can also make orders for small items that you need that don't necessarily belong to a recipe.
Use the RECIPE SUBMISSION form HERE
Submitting a recipe does not mean you have requested food! It needs to be added to our system so we can anticipate groceries needed IF someone chooses to use it (By placing a Food ORDER)
All recipe's (including Methods) can be seen after submitting a recipe. Ensure you allow your submission to be returned via email, so you can easily see all submitted recipes
Step 2: Place a FOOD ORDER
Placing a food order takes less than a minute if your recipe has been submitted with at least a week's notice. If you need it in less than a week, enjoy going to the shops, yourself
Use the FOOD ORDER FORM HERE

2) TYPE THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS for each submitted order ON THE ACTUAL RECIPE SHEET.
3) Copy and paste data from all required recipes to one spot for easy collation of what items are need. (Always RIGHT-CLICK and PASTE VALUES - you might need to choose PASTE SPECIAL, then PASTE VALUES). You could use the ORDER CALCULATOR tab to do this
4) CHANGE NO to a "yes" back on the original FORM RESPONSES that you have placed the order. Change number of students BACK TO ZERO on individual recipes so you can use the same recipe again later.
